| Windows has a built in feature, called **Windows Remote Assistance**. With this feature an other person can assist / support you.                                                                                                                                   | Windows hat ein eingebautes Feature, mit der Sie Hilfe / Unterstützung erhalten können. | If you have configured an e-mail client like outlook, choose **Use e-mail to send an invitation**. If you use Thunderbird or a web based service, choose **Save this invitation as a file**. You can then send this file as an attechment with your e-mail client.  | Wenn Sie als Email Client Outlook verwenden, wählen Sie **Einladung per E-Mail senden**. | In the next Step you will see a **password**. This password is needed by the supporter to establish a connection with your pc. **Please don't close this window**, otherwise you have to create a new invitation.                                                   | Im nächsten Schritt sehen Sie ein **Passwort**. | The supporter get your e-mail. Open the attachment with a double click.
