2) /net/work/kraus/mroginski/charmm/c41b2/exec/em64t_M/charmm: You need to add the following modules before running: module add intel/2017.2 ompi-intel-2.1.1
3) /net/work/kraus/mroginski/charmm/c41b2/exec/gnu/charmm: No modules needed
4) /net/work/kraus/mroginski/charmm/c41b2/exec/gnu_M/charmm:You need to add the following module before running: module add ompi-gcc-2.1.1
